Outdoor Group Fitness Classes
You’ll find us training down at Bronte - on the grassed area next to the Bronte Surf Life Saving Club - from Monday to Friday every week (rain, hail or shine!). Check out our class styles below to see what an average week looks like for the East Side Crew.
Strength
On Mondays and Wednesdays, we focus on strength through circuit training. These high intensity strength sessions combine functional movements (with both weights and body weight exercises) together with cardio, plyometrics and core stability to get you in incredible shape.
Cardio
Tuesdays and Thursdays are cardio days at East Side Crew and we like to mix it up! We still meet at Bronte, but you might find yourself running to Bondi Beach for some sand runs, heading over to Tamarama for some stair sprints, or when it’s summer, we might even do some cheeky run/swim/runs over at Clovelly.
Boxing
On Fridays we shake things up with a fun and energising boxing session! Our boxing classes combine high intensity cardio sets with toning boxing combinations. A full body workout and a great stress reliever.*
*Due to COVID-19, these sessions are currently replaced with a full-body HIIT class.
